NexiUni（智汇平台）是一个一体化的 AI 数字平台，帮助你统一管理个人、家庭与企业的知识、文档、数字资产，并通过 AI 提升效率、实现自动化。你可以把它当作一个安全的私人资料中心：文档、网页、照片、记录、日历、家谱、团队协作与备份都集中在一处。
What NexiUni is
NexiUni is an all‑in‑one, AI‑powered platform that helps you organize and automate your personal, family and business digital world. Think of it as one secure home for everything: documents, web pages, photos, records, calendars, family trees, team collaboration and backups — all in one place.
快速开始
- 登录：启动 NexiUni，使用你的账号登录（单点登录）。首次使用可点击“免费注册”。
- 选择资料存放位置：首次运行会让你选择本地数据目录，之后所有资料都保存在这里。
- 新建或打开项目：在“项目”菜单中新建一个资料库，或打开已有的资料库。
- 导入或创建内容：右键左侧文件树，导入本地文件 / 文件夹，或新建文档、文件夹、网页等。
- 浏览主页：点击最顶层节点会显示“主页仪表盘”（最近文档、日程、天气、新闻）。点击普通文件夹则显示该文件夹的文件列表（名称 / 类型 / 路径 / 日期 / 大小）。
Getting started
- Sign in: launch NexiUni and sign in with your account (single sign‑on). First time? Use “Register free”.
- Choose where your data lives: on first run you pick a local data folder; everything is stored there.
- Create or open a project: use the Project menu to create a library, or open an existing one.
- Import or create content: right‑click the left tree to import local files/folders, or create new documents, folders and web pages.
- Use the home page: clicking the top node shows the home dashboard (recent documents, events, weather, news). Clicking an ordinary folder shows its file list (Name / Type / Path / Date / Size).

- 共享文件夹 / 文件：右键选择共享，把文件夹或文件分享给他人；对方在“与我共享”中看到。共享可设为只读，文件在你在线时从你的电脑直接读取（流式，不复制）。
- 爱聊（AirChat）：局域网内的即时通讯插件——新建“爱聊”文件夹即可与同一网络的同事一对一或群组聊天，无需服务器、数据只留在本地。
- 局域网同步中心（LAN Hub）：在一台机器上开启同步中心，其他设备配对后即可在内网之间同步文件。
Working with other people
NexiUni offers several ways to work together with family or colleagues:
- Share folders / files: right‑click to share a folder or file; the other person sees it under “Shared with me”. Shares can be read‑only, and files stream directly from your computer while you’re online (no copy is made).
- AirChat: a LAN instant‑messaging plugin — create an “AirChat” folder to chat 1‑to‑1 or in groups with people on the same network, with no server and data kept only on your machines.
- LAN hub sync: turn one machine into a sync hub; other devices pair with it and sync files across your local network.

How to use it
- Choose and configure an AI provider under Settings → AI (or use the default / a local model).
- Use AI summaries, chat and “describe & fill” from documents and Records.
- Offline or without a cloud key, it falls back to a local model so you can keep working.
备份与数据安全
- 所有资料默认保存在你自己选择的本地目录。
- 可开启云备份（自带或托管的 S3/B2/R2 凭据），支持按设备分仓与一键恢复。
- 可选备份额外内容：聊天记录、版本历史、仪表盘配置。
