This is a NexiUni infrastructure domain.
It carries the machinery the NexiUni platform runs on — sign-in, the platform app, and the desktop downloads and update packages. There is no product information here, and nothing on this domain is a place to sign up.
Looking for NexiUni? The product site is nexiuni.com, and the guides are at help.nexiuni.com.
What runs on this domain
| Hostname | What it serves |
|---|---|
| sso.haikongnet.cloud | Sign-in for NexiUni accounts. Reached from the apps and the dashboard — you are not expected to type it in. |
| upgrade.haikongnet.cloud | Desktop application installers and update packages. The download buttons on nexiuni.com/download point here. |
| app.haikongnet.cloud | The NexiUni platform application. |
These addresses are published so that a hostname appearing in a firewall log, a proxy allow-list or a certificate has somewhere to be looked up. They are operational endpoints; treat the list as documentation, not as a menu.
Service status
There is no status board on this domain yet. If a NexiUni service is not responding, report it through nexiuni.com/Contact — that is the route that reaches the people who can act on it.
Why this domain is separate
Keeping delivery and sign-in on their own domain means the company site can be moved, rebuilt or re-hosted without touching the address that a hundred thousand installed desktop clients ask for their updates. The two have different lifetimes, so they get different names. The trade is that this name is visible in places a marketing site never appears — hence this page, which exists to answer "what is haikongnet.cloud?" in one screen.
